Perfect location with amazing views. The apartment felt, homely comfortable and relaxing. It was in the heart of the medieval city and across the road from both casa di Giulietta and Piazza Erbe. The area was very beautiful and the views from the apartment were amazing. Simonetta was the perfect host. She met us and showed us to the property along with showing us around the apartment and all it's amenities. She was very kind, patient, polite and gave us recommendations on the area. She responded extreemly quickly over wats app about where we could find certain things at all times. She even met us for check out and booked us our taxi. The place is amazing !!Simeonetta a very professional and charming person. She welcomed us very friendly, showed us around and provided many tips. She was always attentive and coordinated a taxi for us. The place is a dream, being right next to the famous balcony of Guilietta! In the middle of everything, with privacy, no noise bothered. Verona was a dream! This Airbnb is perfectly located. It allowed us to shop and drop our bags quickly and with ease. Walkable to everything and with a view of Juliet’s Balcony from the patio space. The bed was really comfortable, Nespresso machine was a treat and the window boxes full of flowers really added to the beauty of our stay. I must say though, the best treat of this Airbnb is Simonetta! Outstanding service and availability, very happy and friendly, provided wonderful recommendations and assisted us getting a taxi to the car rental. We feel we have a friend in Verona. For example, we thought our key wasn’t working (just really have to turn the key, it’s not going to break), we texted and within a few minutes someone was there to help us enter. The Juliet dress was fun and made for great crowd free photos with Juliets balcony in the background. Book it! We loved our stay in Simonetta’s apartment. It’s picturesque and very clean, with a nice AC for hot summer days and great location for everything you might want to do in central Verona. Despite being in the midst of all tourist attractions it was very quiet and peaceful. We had such a wonderful vacation while staying at Simonetta's beautiful place. The place is very beautiful, plenty of space to relax right in middle of all the restaurants and shops.Simonetta was a wonderful host, very kind and gracious. Wow, wow, wow!! Simonetta deserves 10 stars! Her home was absolutely beautiful and so close to everything! It was extremely clean, comfortable, has amazing views of Juliet’s balcony and has everything you need. Simonetta is extremely friendly, accommodating, and was SO helpful when we needed help with a taxi. Her place exceeded our expectations and more. We stayed in this apartment with my wife for our honeymoon. It was so beautiful and cozy that we didn't want to leave the apartment and wish we stayed there more days! Even better than on photos! The location is the best you can find in Verona, with the view on the Juliet's balcony from the apartment's balcony and overlooking beautiful Verona from apartment windows. Close to restaurants and shops, only 7 min walk from Arena di Verona.Special thanks to Simonetta, who was very very friendly, welcoming and funny! She met us right at the taxi stand next to apartment when we arrived and gave us a tour of the apartment. She also gave us a lot of tips on where restaurants and locations. She also prepared a bokeh of flowers for my wife as it was our honeymoon, which was so sweet and thoughtful! We both loved that apartment very much and we can't wait to stay there again sometime! PS: Simonetta told us to come for Christmas and said Verona is so beautiful during that time!
